With this point of view, they were convinced could achieve the better future.
Maintained collaboration and the team spirit
Actively they always involved the other person (the subordinate). Good in taking the decision, the idea collection, or other important problems. The matter could like this cause the subordinate's respect that had an impact on the continues support. Because the leaders could create the atmosphere of the belief and the good appreciation in himself personal and the environment. They not tired gave the support and made anyone be motivated to produce the better matter.
Gave spirit of Leadership

Then they tried as hard as possible to build the fortress that was strong to maintain the achievement and positive matters that were gained together. This defence need hard work, the spirit that was on and consistency. They not was reluctant to share the contribution with each other for the sake of the progress of the organization.
In basically, a wise leader is a person who could spread the spirit and the positive motivation towards colleagues and his subordinate. The leader naturally did not take the profit from their lead authority, but must be oriented in the point of view that was created together.
