Brand Ambassador

Several Company use the simple method to make their employee consume their own stuffs by distributing their stuffs for free each month end. Consumer goods company often use this method to get high-impact from internal promotion.

Maybe better if I make purpose to work in the car company, so i can get free car as promotion stuff...

Basically, this method learning from common practice for that can get "word of mouth" communication impact. The other benefit, company also can get a great number insight from the relatives or the employee's neighbour by this distribution. Very much grasped oars, two three islands were exceeded. So each employee can use as 'Brand Ambassador'. The classic and the current problem was often experienced in various companies. The simple question always emerged, if that the product merchandise personally did not use his product, so…? or How if the Brand product is not yet known?


How to make employees as "Brand Ambassadors"? The note is an easy question. Exactly, many businessmen in producing the product or his service not sincere. How can they be ambassadors? How made the employees feel treat in a fair manner, or get attention and the appreciation like their hope (again and again perceptions), get satisfaction, get the pleasant experience and exciting.

So, yaps, Loyalty, finally…
How make employees not have affair and loyal to the company's product personally.
Employees is also an internal customer, so to make loyalty customer should be as same as make loyalty our employees.
